Customer retention is also a big part of the role, our customers will often visit us to renew their agreement with us or look to exchange what they have for the latest models and so there is real variation in the role.

This is a mixed technology environment with an excellent range of products, we also offer a selection services that our customers will want to talk to you about, this will bring diversity to the role.
