Job Description

- Processing customer information on different computer systems and programs.

- Maintaining full and accurate customer and correspondence records.

- Taking payment for goods or services as well as issuing refunds or compensation to customers.

- Arranging services for customers, such as redeliveries or repairs.

- Answering customer enquiries and complaints via the Telephone and Email in a responsive, sensitive, calm and professional manner.

- Will communicate with Direct Consumers, Tradespeople and Companies over a multitude of Brands.

- Supporting your fellow team members as well as working closely with other areas of the Business.

- Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex.

- Dealing with and Managing Customer Complaints.
