Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Liaising with customers by telephone, email and video call
  • Carrying out regular meetings and customer account reviews
  • Proactively updating customers regarding order progress
  • Taking ownership of customer complaint resolution
  • Ensuring that customer requirements are met by liaising between internal departments
  • Working on own initiative, whilst seeking support when required.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A confident communication style, able to relate to people at all levels.
  • A background within a similar role, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
  • A working knowledge of export paperwork
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload
