Manage on boarding, leavers and any changes in employee status matters
Support the company payroll, working closely with the Finance Lead to ensure monthly payroll is completed in an efficient and timely manner
Be part of disciplinary, grievance and other HR Related meetings
Logging and creating HR Files using company processes
Supporting Recruitment; interviewing, offer letters, contracts, on boarding
Manage and track absence by providing monthly reports for managers and action any absence queries
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Key communicator with excellent time management and organisation skills Experience in Payroll; completing annual P11D returns, managing benefits enrolment and packages Confident user of Excel Confident user of Workday Employment Law knowledge Experience of training or arranging relevent training programmes
