KEY DUTIES:
Assisting the ER Consultant with all the administration duties with regards to case management, providing documents and chasing evidence to build cases for disciplinaries and other consultations
Liaising with other members of the HR department and senior management team
Managing short-term sickness
Other administration duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Prior HR or ER experience is a must for this role as well as working well in a fast paced environment against deadlines. Our client is looking for someone who is able to hit the ground running and able to provide a high level of support. You must have high attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to use your own initiative.
