Job Description

Our client is able to offer a mixture of working from home and in the office.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Assisting the ER Consultant with all the administration duties with regards to case management, providing documents and chasing evidence to build cases for disciplinaries and other consultations
  • Liaising with other members of the HR department and senior management team
  • Managing short-term sickness
  • Other administration duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Prior HR or ER experience is a must for this role as well as working well in a fast paced environment against deadlines. Our client is looking for someone who is able to hit the ground running and able to provide a high level of support. You must have high attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to use your own initiative.
