Job Description
The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis, and the hourly rate is dependent on the experience of the successful candidate.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Handling a varied ER caseload including disciplinaires, grievances, absence, sickness, performance management and occupational health
- Supporting and guiding other members of the HR team on ER issues
- Ensuring case notes were recorded correctly, as well as all linked administration
- Dealing with any safeguarding issues and complaints, actioning in line with company policies and legislative requirements
- Future possible opportunities to support across the wider HR team on ER operations and any other areas as required
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 9.00am - 5.00pm
- 37 hours pw
