Job Description

You will need to be based local to Nottingham as you may be required to nip into the office on the odd day.
You will be required to go into the office for a few days training but then will be required to work from home.
The role is a temporary role for around 6 weeks however this could be extended.
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for the following;

  • Liaising with company customers
  • Updating them on when to expect their deliveries
  • Arranging delivery times/date with customers
  • Updating internal database
  • Making outbound calls
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Answering any general enquiries

Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
