Job Description

Our client are looking for a Hire Desk Controller. As a Hire Desk Controller, you will deal with all aspects of hire processes including on-hire, off-hire, breakdowns, service schedules, transport planning and customer queries. The ideal candidate will have Hire Desk Controller experience and exceptional customer service skills as well as excellent organisational skills and an analytical mind. As a Hire Desk Controller, you will also be able to build trusted relationships with clients and work constructively with other members of the team. This role involves working closely with major clients and as such you will have to liaise with other locations so a friendly and professional approach is necessary.
