The role will be providing full administration support to a small team of operational staff plus additional sub-contracting engineers.
Whilst the role is a stand alone role you have to comfortable working within an office on your own on some occasions however your line manager will be present most of the time, the role would not suit someone who either has worked in a large team dynamic or prefers that type of work environment.
Despite the current situation my client has kept growing throughout Covid and they have now decided to recruit an administrator to help the operations team with the increasing administration & paperwork.
Other duties include dealing with supplier & customer phone calls, responding to high volumes of emails, providing support in producing quotations and daily contact with the Head Office team.
The role is full time, permanent working Monday to Friday 8am to 4.45pm however they may be flexible with the start and finish times however it will still remain a full-time post as they cannot consider part-time.
