Job Description

This is an accounts administrator position within a small team, reporting into the accounts manager.

The role has regular accounts assistant responsibilities as well as supporting other departments within the business.

  • Process Purchase Invoices and credits
  • Raise Sales Invoices and credits
  • Post Bank Transactions
  • Supplier Statement Reconciliations
  • Resolve any Customer or Supplier queries
  • Prepare monthly purchase ledger payment runs
  • Issue Supplier Remittance Advices
  • Issue Customer Statements
  • Ad-hoc duties as required by management

In addition to the above, you will also be involved with:

  • Month end work
  • General administration
  • Assisting other departments
