Job Description

The key responsibilities of a Senior Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring that the office functions smoothly, including: ensuring that office supplies remain in stock and in an orderly fashion, filing is complete
  • Supporting other staff, including: maintaining the database
  • Liaising with clients via telephone building strong relationships
  • Taking all incoming calls
  • Dealing with new enquiries
  • Working closely with internal departments
  • Data inputting into bespoke systems
  • Opening files for new clients and conducting client identification checks.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00pm


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need to have previous experience within administration, customer service or a reception role.
