Job Description
We are now looking to for an Office Administrator role to continue to support our expansion and to provide the administrative support Sales and Operations need to maintain our growth & high standard of customer service.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm.
Office Administrator Main Duties:
Developing and maintaining administrative procedures within the Company.
Supporting the Sales team with administrative functions using the CRM system.
Liaising with team members through the CRM system.
Assisting with events and on-line campaigns.
Handling customer enquiries.
Managing the movement of products/equipment/materials out of the Business Unit in accordance with the organizational policies and procedures.
Maintaining the necessary documentation generated by the business both on-line and as paper records where required accurately and efficiently.
Ensuring customer orders, supply purchases and other transactions through the business are properly recorded and filed on the Online Shopping Admin system.
Communicating effectively internally with team members and in a timely manner to ensure the support of activities and liaising with Operations to include smooth end to end support for our workforce and sub-contractors.
Ensuring systems, software apps, physical and digital records are properly organized and maintained by the job holder and other team members in accordance with company policy.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience is desirable but not essential. Excellent knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to learn and undertake training provided. To enjoy being an integral part in the Company’s growth. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to work using own initiative. Ability to work in a busy, commercial environment. High level of organization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines whilst maintaining the highest level of accuracy. Full UK driving license, preferably clean, and access to own vehicle.
