Job Description

You will be accountable for executing the sourcing and trading strategy for our entire Seasonal department. Some of what you will be involved in includes:

• Being the top level functional expert for the Buying team - meaning that you will champion, develop and deliver the strategy and sign off for the category
• Driving improved performance and customer experience through expert knowledge on a variety of product areas, a strong
  understanding of our customers, our competitors and market insight
• Actively forward planning for future seasons to create a step change in the categories performance
• Owning the end to end range build for a given category to ensure we will hit our sales and margin budget
• Shaping the budget for the financial year identifying opportunities and risks in commercial review meetings
• Ensuring key trends, historical data and market research are interpreted to drive innovation and maximize sales opportunities
