Job Description

The role requires a hands-on Controller; someone willing to be involved in the day to day accounting needs of the business. You will be technically sound and an experienced operator who can contribute to improving policies and procedures leading to operational enhancements, as the business is forecast for continued growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include:

• Financial modelling, management reporting and rigorous commercial analysis Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows
• Preparation of Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet
• Manage a small but capable team
• Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be a qualified accountant, with experience in a manufacturing being a distinct advantage. If you've had exposure to manufacturing businesses whilst auditing in practice, this could make an ideal first move. Equally, it would represent a great move for someone who wants to see their career progression taking seriously who is already working in a similar industry.
