Problem solving with any ordering issues
Analyzing Monthly Stock Reports
Managing business travel and arranging appointments/hotels/transport
Keep CRM and Sage Systems up to date

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal Customer Service & Sales Administrator will possess: EXCELLENT telephone manner and experience of providing 5* Customer Service. Be confident with a strong work ethic. Accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer and office software such as Microsoft Excel & Outlook. Relevant experience of working in a busy , fast paced environment. Very well organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
