Job Description
  • First point of contact for incoming enquires, providing the highest level of customer service
  • Processing customers transactions such as orders and quotes
  • Maintaining and building long-term relationships with customers
  • Monitoring the progress of orders and advising clients of changes at all times
  • Liaising with internal department and external suppliers to process orders
  • Providing invoice and credit control support
  • Problem solving with any ordering issues
  • Analyzing Monthly Stock Reports
  • Managing business travel and arranging appointments/hotels/transport
  • Keep CRM and Sage Systems up to date
  • Proof reading of marketing documents
  • General administration support

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal Customer Service & Sales Administrator will possess: EXCELLENT telephone manner and experience of providing 5* Customer Service. Be confident with a strong work ethic. Accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer and office software such as Microsoft Excel & Outlook. Relevant experience of working in a busy , fast paced environment. Very well organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
