Job Description

Working as a key member of the Digital Product Team to deliver the digital product vision, strategic roadmap and development across digital channels

  • Supporting the refinement of Product roadmaps development through ideation, prototype testing and delivery
  • Contributes to the product vision
  • Developing business cases to support roadmap initiatives
  • Ensuring the business needs are clearly understood during elaboration
  • Responsible for supporting the best customer and business experiences (based on insights) across your product for key customer journeys through the development of new and enhancements to existing experiences
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting on performance, using multiple analytics tools
  • Consult for the wider business with product development and delivery, responsible for recommending appropriate solutions if required (working with IT Architecture and delivery partners)
  • Maintain alignment between the product development and business objectives, working with key stakeholders and the IT development teams to ensure successful product releases

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A bit about you: Experience within a similar role and a track record in prioritizing work based on data and evidence. Passion for digital with an understanding of current trends in digital in Omni-channel retail. Ability to put yourself into a customer mindset and follow logical thought processes to enhance and improve online customer experiences. Naturally inquisitive not just able to look at the obvious but work through edge case scenarios. Proven ability to work with different teams in a business and build ongoing working relationships. Passionate communicator who can sell a vision to motivate others. Pro-active, emotionally resilient self-starter. Reputation for being a team player and invested in the success of others. An appetite to learn new digital tools. Competent with using reporting systems and able to present and use this data. Capable of understanding technical aspects of projects.
