Job Description

Joining us as a Warehouse Operative, you’ll support all aspects of the effective day to day operation in our warehouse; the role involves loading and unloading consignments within the depot's warehouse.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Loading and unloading the vehicles, containers and trailers
• Reporting and recording any shortage or damage to consignments
• Achieving KPIs
• Ensuring a high standard of good housekeeping, health & safety and security

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Although experience in a warehouse position would be desirable, demonstrable flexibility to undertake a variety of duties in a fast paced environment would be considered.You’ll also be able to evidence: Strong communication skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with all team members and management. Tenacity and effective approach to meeting and exceeding targets and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Adaptability and positivity, with a strong drive to succeed. Due to the nature of the work, you must be aged 18+.
