Job Description

The role will co-ordinate the external parties and internal resources that deliver and manage products, propositions and systems integrations.

You'll be responsible for working with our business to define and manage our roadmap plus overseeing the delivery of fixes for technical issues that impact operations and our customers. You'll manage the co-ordination and delivery of requirements from our partners and internal stakeholders.

In addition, you'll be responsible for the day to day management of key suppliers and oversee the implementation of dashboards and reporting to monitor service performance.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for the coordination of an internal and external team including the Senior Leadership Team, Business Stakeholders, external partners and our technical team.

The work will include:

• Working with business owners to manage the process to define, prioritise and execute the change roadmap
• Managing business change through requirements gathering, design, implement, test and go-live across our partner and internal systems
• Support the business change board.
• Manage the implementation of dashboards and reporting to monitor service performance.
• Management of selected suppliers.
• Ensuring governance processes are in place and applied.
• Regular reviews of our current processes and ways of working to identify and deliver improvements in customer experience and business performance.
• Develop a strategic understanding of the technologies and regulations that impact the business to help to shape the business solutions

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong verbal communication skills, and the ability to act as a facilitator and translator between stakeholder groups. Understanding and experience in Agile Project Management and Product Ownership. Proactive and diligence to tracking and managing issues and risks. Ability to find solutions to business issues. Experience in managing and collaborating with internal technical partners to create win-win outcomes. Experience in managing and collaborating with external suppliers to create win-win outcomes.
