Job Description

You'll interact with their German customers as a first point of contact. You'll answer customer queries, deal with suppliers, and dealing with the email inbox from German customers. There would be the opportunity to get involved in other areas of the business in time if this was desirable. You will ideally be a friendly person who is able to build rapport easily with customers and build up relationships in time.
