Job Description

• You’ll be working with internal stakeholders to recommend and implement innovative digital learning solutions, appropriate to their projects with a particular focus on product and proposition training.
• You will own the production of digital learning materials to meet business needs, this will include eLearning, Videos, Webinars, Interactive content, Animations and Demos.
• Ensuring different learning styles are met in developed solutions and playing to different demographics (Learning & Development theories)
• Delivering materials in line with the digital learning strategy, ensuring scalability and sustainability
• Effectively managing stakeholders across the business where required. You will primarily be working closely with our learning and development partners and subject matter experts.
• Can demonstrate excellent team working and communication skills.
• We are developing a global digital client portal and you will have opportunity to get involved in that work too.
• Our aim is to continue to be leading edge in production of digital content so you input into our digital learning strategy will be important.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

People-focused, resilient, strong commercial acumen, autonomous and fosters teamwork. Good interpersonal and influencing skills and an understanding of other cultures due to the global nature of the role. Financial services experience or equivalent knowledge of financial products. Strong desire to understand financial products. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. A good knowledge of learning and development principles and modern digital learning approaches with a focus on delivering to agreed quality criteria and timescales. The ability to support the simplification of complex processes/systems/products into easy to understand content. Having a visual/creative design background will be of particular interest to us.
