Job Description

Our client is a regional Civil Engineering and Specialist Groundworks and Frames contractor for the South East with turnover in the region of £100m. Contracts procured involve external works and general civil engineering to the commercial and residential sector. The company has had consistent growth for the past 15 (established in the 1980’s) years and is now recognised as a dominant player in the sector of industry that it operates. Its focus on retaining client relationships is central to growth with a significant amount of turnover generated through repeat business.

To support the H&S and Environmental Manager to ensure site safety and to liaise with all employees to ensure that all work carried out complies with the relevant sections of the Health and Safety at work Act and ensure that all staff have the relevant training for Health and Safety awareness for their role

  • As Health & Safety Administrator you will support the HSQE Manager to ensure that the company and its subsidiaries comply with all relevant health safety and compliance legislation.
  • Support HSQE manager in enforcing policies to ensure to support and establish a culture of Health and Safety.
  • Support HSQE Manager in delivering induction training and deliver toolbox talks to employees
  • Support HSQE Manager in undertaking site inspections and delivery of service improvement plans
