You will have responsibility for ongoing development and improvements of the Internationalization of hollandandbarrett.com, with the aim of enhancing our consumers' experience, generating significant increase in revenue, engagement and brand awareness around the world.

Bridging the technical and business worlds, you will work with colleagues across the business to deliver against our International product roadmap.

You will be someone who loves to make things happen and gets excited about identifying and delivering simple solutions to complex problems at pace.

This role will continuously build on the customer experience through developing the international websites (locales) sitting on hollandandbarrett.com and delivering new initiatives, in turn providing a benefit for our shoppers, internal users and the business alike. This role will play a key part in the delivery of 80 or so locales (websites) within a short timeframe, all with local currency, payment methods and local language.

• Shaping the Holland and Barrett's Internationalization of .com strategy and in turn building engagement, revenue and brand awareness around the world
• Define and manage the Holland and Barrett Internationalization roadmap and backlog, support execution of our digital and technology strategy through delivering sprints to meet that aim, whilst ensuring new features are released on time with a clear benefit or output
• Working with the business stakeholders, engineering teams and overall digital function to drive a fast-paced agile methodology
• Bring together stakeholders throughout the development process
• Create feature stories, working with developers on acceptance criteria and managing the delivery of the stories into the platform and into the business, ensuring relevant colleagues are trained on new features and have all materials required to allow for the ongoing benefit of features delivered
• Accountability for the successful implementation and adoption of new digital products, features and technologies

Being an SME in all digital international commerce based technology and trends.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Work alongside our development teams, UX and design services, launch new digital products for the Digital International programme and enhance existing site functionality that our customers will love. Have experience and knowledge about landing international websites and programmes with knowledge of local regulations, tax/duty rules and other key elements that go with International programme expansion. Engage and influence senior business owners to define and priorities requirements for the Digital International. Build structured business requirements, combining inputs from stakeholder groups, a deep understanding of customer needs into user stories to feed into agile development teams. Translate these into detailed product specifications (e.g. user stories, acceptance criteria, mock ups etc.) for the relevant development team to implement. Build working understanding of the limitations of the technical platform to support decision making. Work cross-functionally during the design, build and release phases, to ensure the build is delivered on time to the required standard. Have experience of working with external agencies and service providers to develop and enhance specific programmes and meet and exceed SLAs. The ability to manage multiple tasks, work to tight deadlines and monitor programme targets and KPIs. An good commercial understanding of digital change leading to commercial success. Demonstrates resilience and tenacity – the ability of being creative and find solutions to potential blockers. Fluency in any of these languages, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian or Chinese would be desirable, but not essential. Any experience of regional nuances of User Experience (UX) would be an advantage.
