The purpose of the Project Manager is to challenge the status quo, develop simple ways of working and simplify our business to deliver the continuous improvement agenda.
Ensure that Retail Operational processes are efficient, effective and as simple as possible, enabling store colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
The Project Manager reports to the Head of Change and Continuous Improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
To deliver our Simplification Agenda and develop tools to embed across our store network
Challenge and Remove unnecessary processes that do not add value
Capture “as is” processes and develop “to be” processes
Develop new and innovative ways of working for Processes and Procedures that are fit for our stores
Time and Motion study our processes that are fed into our Deployment Model
Liaise with Key Retail colleagues to ensure solutions that are fit for purpose are developed (RBMs/SMs etc.)
Liaise with Key Retail functions to ensure the end goal will be achieved efficiently through the preferred approach
Develop communications that are simple, effective and efficient
Build strong relationships with key stakeholder across all business functions ensuring cross collaboration to deliver the best solutions for the business
Review and analyze performance measures in all areas of the business and communicate trends to Head of Change and Continuous Improvement
To promote a One Team culture and mentality between our Retail Colleagues and our Store Support Centre

Ability to create Cost Benefit Analysis of investment vs return for various business initiatives. Time and Motion Study Skills to ensure appropriate labor budget allocated. Commercial and Financial Acumen.
