Job Description
Our client, a worldwide family run business are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Administrator to support the UK office based in Nuneaton. They are one of the fastest growing distributors in Europe and are currently looking to expand the team. My client is looking for someone with a customer-oriented attitude, who is self-motivated, and able to structure their own day.
The position will be split with 50% of your time providing Customer Service and 50% providing Sales Administration Support. Working in a small team your role will become an integral part.
Job responsibilities of a Customer Service & Sales Administrator:
First point of contact for incoming enquires, providing the highest level of customer service
Processing customers transactions such as orders and quotes
Maintaining and building long-term relationships with customers
Monitoring the progress of orders and advising clients of changes at all times
Liaising with internal department and external suppliers to process orders
Providing invoice and credit control support
Problem solving with any ordering issues
Analyzing Monthly Stock Reports
Managing business travel and arranging appointments/hotels/transport
Keep CRM and Sage Systems up to date
Proof reading of marketing documents
General administration support
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal Customer Service & Sales Administrator will possess: EXCELLENT telephone manner and experience of providing 5* Customer Service. Be confident with a strong work ethic. Accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer and office software such as Microsoft Excel & Outlook. Relevant experience of working in a busy , fast paced environment. Very well organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
