Job Description

We are seeking an experienced & dynamic Sales & Marketing professional with a successful track record of profitable growth across a diverse customer base. Through hands-on leadership you will lead an experienced team to realize growth across our Matrix, Amica & CDA brands. Working closely with product, marketing, operational & technical departments you will develop our offer and ensure that customer, group and joint business plans are achieved. Experience / Qualifications: • Extensive experience in a leadership role • Experience within the kitchen appliance sector preferable but not essential • Management of a sales team • Proven track record of delivering strategic sales solutions This role will involve occasional evening and weekend work and travel throughout the UK and Europe, including overnight stays Excellent bonus and Company contributory pension scheme.
