The role itself will be responsible for developing and implementing the company growth plans, managing the full ecommerce capability, optimizing all digital marketing elements and improving the overall customer experience with the business.
Overall Responsibilities:
Designing and delivering a digital strategy
Overseeing all aspects of digital marketing including PPC, social, SEO, CRO and CRM
Managing a team of 3 who will be responsible for designing and executing all digital campaigns and activities
Driving both new and existing customers through various marketing channels
Delivering campaigns that make an impact and generate engagement across sales
Developing initiatives in response to short-term demands
Looking after the CRM and developing a communication strategy
Working closely with senior management to design and deliver a transformation from offline to online
Continually monitor and evaluate all customer experiences
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate for this role should have previous leadership experience and proven experience working with all aspects of digital marketing and ecommerce. It would be ideal for someone to have had to work across both online and offline channels and have experienced having to transfer from one to the other. It is desirable that you come from a Retail background, however not essential. You must be confident in managing and growing a team and prioritizing your own workload. Ideally, you will have experience using Salesforce.
