Job Description

My client is currently recruiting for a lead contract admin for a commercial office in London City. You will have a proven track record within a lead contract admin position, CAFM experience and excellent communication skills.

You will be looking after x2 Helpdesk administrators making sure all calls by client and engineers are logged, making sure jobs and tasks are signed off and completed. Working with the client on a day to day basis, making reports to clients and the contract manager, dealing with sub-contractors and engineers, making sure all relevant H&S and log books are up to date, attending meetings (where possible) and general admin duties.

Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Temp-Perm position paying up to 36K
