Job Description

Your role will be to visit our customers in their homes, measuring up and helping them pick the right flooring as they look to transform their home. If you like variety, autonomy and meeting new people every day, this is the role for you!

Confidence is key as you’ll be engaging directly with customers in their homes, interacting with them and sharing your opinion to help them make their decisions with a key focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll be part of a fantastic team, working closely with the store advisors and management team to support the sales process

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The key to success in this role is a clear drive and passion for customer service. You’ll need to be meticulous about detail and have an eye for design. We can teach you about our amazing products and services (and how to measure!) and provide you with market leading training to help get you up and running. What we’ll need from you is a professional and friendly approach, a good dose of enthusiasm and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively. It’s likely that you’ll have worked in a role that involves working outside of the usual workplace (in a customers’ home) and are comfortable working in a sales and target focused environment. A driving licence and access to your own roadworthy vehicle. Willingness to be mobile and happy to travel to customers’ homes. An obsession for attention to detail. Comfortable with autonomy. A flexible approach to working hours across the week, including weekends and evenings. The ability to adapt to working in different environments. An interest in home interiors. Self-motivated with the ability to use your own initiative.
