Salary: 21K
Key Responsibilities 
•    Enter customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
•    Handle customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate person where needed
•    Assist Sales Executive 
•    Work closely with logistics to ensure smooth delivery and high standard of customer service 
•    Handle complaints and claims from customers

Skills & Qualifications 
•    Experience in customer service and/or sales 
•    Advanced computer skills 
•    Knowledge of Japanese/Asian food helpful
•    Japanese/Chinese/Korean languages
