Job Description

As a Ledger Manager you will be expected to:

  • Be a hands on Manager
  • You'll be managing a small but growing team
  • Collection of cash from customers in line with agreed terms
  • Proactively manage the collection of overdue debts, reconciling account queries
  • Perform daily invoicing run
  • Update daily cashbooks
  • Ensure Purchase Invoices are coded correctly
  • Process the VAT correctly
  • PO matching
  • Produce analysis reports to drive improved efficiency's

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate for the Ledger Manager will: • Have excellent communication skills • Be exceptional organised • Have Intermediate Excel Skills • Understand Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable • Be keen to get involved in all aspects of the company and systems
