Your role will be to critically review and investigate what companycurrently do and what we need to do to improve from a customer perspective, focusing on key themes in areas which matter to our customers. In this role, you will arrange, chair and organize meetings and actions of the Scrutiny Panel and assist in the preparations and presentation of reports and recommendations to the Customer Committee. You will also participate in the selection and recruitment of new members as required whilst being mindful to minimize vacancies. You will work in partnership with company ensure that the Scrutiny Panel is appropriately skilled, trained, well balanced and representative.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

In addition to the ability to understand written performance data in the form of spreadsheets, statistics and chats.
