Job Description

Your responsibilities will be to oversees the daily workings and activities of all the finance department. Maintaining and updating all financial systems and supporting the business in general activities to maintain smooth operation, including customer services.
Some of your main duties will include:

  • Manage customer invoices and invoices and send to clients.
  • Perform credit checks on new clients and partners.
  • Credit Control. Monitor all customers to ensure payment terms and chase down where applicable when payments are late.
  • Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger.
  • Provide monthly finance reports to the commercial director.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a finance environment. Be fully conversant with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and an ERP system. Be confident in managing credit control with customers.
