Job Description

As the warehouse operations manager you will have a key role in the planning, development, engagement and recruitment of your team. You will lead the culture within your operations through shift managers and team leaders.

The team will consist of over 100 people who will look on you for guidance, support and nurturing in their strive for excellence.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will have a background in warehouse leadership demonstrating experience in challenging distribution environments from either an in-house or 3rd party logistics environment. Previous experience as an operations manager will be advantageous. Health & safety experience is essential IOSH or NEBOSH accreditation is beneficial. Continuous improvement experience is advantageous. Ecommerce experience is an advantage. Management of large teams (100+) is highly desirable.
