Job Description

• Support high-end workstations
• Provide consultation on production
• Ensure functionality of instruments and tools
• Liaise with support teams and third party vendors
• Installation, support and trouble-shooting various systems

The perfect candidate would have:

 

• 2/3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Worked in the Studio, VFX or Media industry
• Experience scripting using one of the following: Ansible, BASH, PHP, Python, Git
• Demonstrable advanced skills installing, trouble-shooting and supporting various systems and applications in VFX, Edit and MCR environments
• Depth of knowledge and expertise across Linux and OSX workstations and system administration
• Liaising with hardware and software support teams and approved vendors
• Workflow set-up and support including media delivery, encoding
• Licensing and plug-in management and support
