Job Description

Responsible for issuing accurate quotes in a timely manner to small developer customers in a timely manner and to manage any failure exception reports within the team.
Quoting Technician – Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure that all works comply with STW requirements.
  • Ensure that customer costs are accurate.
  • Manage error queues for the small developer team
  • Manage the customer experience quote work load spreadsheet
  • Measure compliance with SLA and take appropriate action to remedy.
  • Identify and promote areas for improvement or where efficiencies can be made.
  • Ensure that the IT systems used are kept updated with accurate information
  • Ensure D-Mex contacts are captured at the point of quotation
  • Update Workflow trackers for the field

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficient experience using IT systems. Experience Liaising with internal and external Customers / Stakeholders. Good communication skills both written and oral. Experience working with SAP.
