Job Description
Responsible for issuing accurate quotes in a timely manner to small developer customers in a timely manner and to manage any failure exception reports within the team. Quoting Technician – Key Accountabilities
Ensure that all works comply with STW requirements.
Ensure that customer costs are accurate.
Manage error queues for the small developer team
Manage the customer experience quote work load spreadsheet
Measure compliance with SLA and take appropriate action to remedy.
Identify and promote areas for improvement or where efficiencies can be made.
Ensure that the IT systems used are kept updated with accurate information
Ensure D-Mex contacts are captured at the point of quotation
Update Workflow trackers for the field
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficient experience using IT systems. Experience Liaising with internal and external Customers / Stakeholders. Good communication skills both written and oral. Experience working with SAP.
