The Faculty of Engineering, Environment and Computing has a vacancy for a Registry Course Administrator.
You will be part of a team responsible for the support of staff and students within the Faculty. You must be able to work on your own initiative whilst contributing as a member of a team. You will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of good customer service. You will also advise on a variety of module and course matters, offering regulatory advice and guiding course development. In addition you will deal with enquiries from external organizations and liaise with a variety of staff both in the Faculty and across the University.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be educated up to and including 3 A Levels (Grade A- C) or equivalent. You will also have a GCSE in Math and English Grade C or equivalent and demonstrable administrative experience. You will be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be highly organized, be able to manage and priorities your own workload to meet deadlines and use your initiative in a busy customer focused environment. You will have experience in organizing and minuting meetings and good attention to detail. You will have significant experience of administrative systems and procedures and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
