This role is offered on a permanent full time basis, working 40 hours per week between the hours of 08:00 - 17:00 or 7:30 - 16:30. Flexibility is also required as you will be required to work on a Saturday rota, from 08:00 - 12:00.
About the role
Your day will be spent working in both the warehouse and on the trade counter:
booking in stock
picking and packing orders
liaising with customers over the trade counter providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times
order processing
taking enquiries over the phone and e-mail
occasional delivery driving

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be required to support in our warehouse with goods in, stock allocation and driving an FLT (training will be given). You will have worked within a customer service role where you have needed to retain and process information at speed, in order to keep your customer happy. This will stand you in good stead for working in this busy branch. Self-motivation and ability to use your initiative are two valuable qualities which will help you greatly in this role. You will be fully supported by a small, well established team around you. We are a very busy branch with a lot of growth opportunity so progression could be available in the future.
