As our Chair of the panel, you will effectively arrange, chair and organize the meetings and actions of the Homes and Neighborhood panel in a confident and proficient manner, supporting and developing panel members to achieve positive outcomes for customers and the organization, in line with agreed targets and timescales. Your role will involve actively encouraging members of the panel to review and recommend to the Customer Committee (and Scrutiny Panel) appropriate areas for improvement across all asset management, maintenance and housing activity. You will also assist these panels with the presentation of reports and recommendations.
