Job Description

• Sales management of the business’s automation division
• A 70-30% split between team and product management
• Seven direct reports overall, spanning internal and field sales staff
• Overseeing a region inclusive of North UK and Ireland
• Product benchmarking and promotion, eyeing margins, pricing, and marketing
• Adopting our proven sales process and helping to evolve it going forward
• The variety of office-based work and getting out in the field
