Job Description

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, great work ethic and a personality to match their enthusiasm to add to our telesales team here in Nottingham.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Work closely with Account Managers to increase the uptake of Direct Debit payments from alternative payment methods.

· Handling and overcoming customer’s objections

· Update CRM system

· Help cultivate customer relationships and problem solve.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Excellent Telephone manner · The ability to work to a set of KPI’s. · Ability to use the suite of Microsoft programmes including Excel, Teams, Word and outlook.
