Job Description
  • Processing a high volume of inbound calls and diverting to relevant sales managers / taking messages when not available
  • Processing inbound order calls
  • Checking the status of orders to respond to customers accordingly
  • Maintain pricing for customers
  • Set up products on accounts
  • Work closely with the Inside Sales Managers and RSM’s to ensure an excellent customer experience is delivered

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Desirable – use of SAP and Salesforce systems. Desirable – 2nd language (German or Italian ideally). Excellent co-ordination and organization skills. Excellent communication skills. Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Excellent at working within a team.
