Job Description
Processing a high volume of inbound calls and diverting to relevant sales managers / taking messages when not available
Processing inbound order calls
Checking the status of orders to respond to customers accordingly
Maintain pricing for customers
Set up products on accounts
Work closely with the Inside Sales Managers and RSM’s to ensure an excellent customer experience is delivered

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Desirable – use of SAP and Salesforce systems. Desirable – 2nd language (German or Italian ideally). Excellent co-ordination and organization skills. Excellent communication skills. Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Excellent at working within a team.
