Working within the admin team dealing with all customer queries and issues via telephone and email.
Liaising daily with the engineers and other staff members, booking and coordinating work.
Reviewing customer SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) and booking all relevant work within the agreed timescales.
Raising purchase orders and quotations.
Providing excellent account management and customer service to clients.
Organizing cover and training for the engineers.
Completing all service administrator duties required; logistics, coordination, customer delivery, dealing with clients, working closely with the engineers and internal staff.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Worked as an administrator previously, engineering sector a huge advantage but not essential. · Good PC skills and telephone manner. · Computer literate. · A self-motivated and innovative individual required. · Ability to use initiative and excellent customer liaison skills required. · Be able to plan, organize and manage your workload. · Excellent communication skills.
