Job Description

Responsibilities:

Content creation: You will come up with ideas for our campaigns and always on content, and execute them across our social media channels

Community management: With the support of your team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our national social media channels, including planning and scheduling content and monitoring interactions.

Performance reporting: You will assess what works and what doesn’t for our campaign and always on content, and communicate this to your team and the wider organization to be pushing our content forwards.

Social media content strategy: You will work closely with your team and others to devise and execute the plan for our always on content across our channels, allowing us to surprise and delight our existing fans, and to gain new ones.

Leading a team: heading up a teams, you will foster a engaged team culture Skills & Experience:

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Progressive experience in a strategic marketing role focused on growth hacking. · Experience in developing and launching successful social media growth marketing campaigns. What we are looking for: Create, own and manage multiple paid social media campaigns / promotions and report on engagement successes. Engage with appropriate (fashion) influencers across social channels that can assist in brand exposure and further build brand and traffic to the website. Work alongside in-house photographer/graphic design teams to create engaging social content, both images and video based, using Adobe Photoshop/Adobe after Effects/Adobe Premier Pro applications. Demonstrable and high level functional and technical knowledge and experience in a biddable role (Instagram and Facebook Ad Platform) and reporting tools/apps. Experience of understanding our target customers, tone of voice and ability to drive performance whilst protecting brand values. Create inspiring e-mail content (email newsletters) via MailChimp to engage/re-engage/recruit new customers and to promote customer signup. Create and write SEO rich content for retail websites using (Magento) and consumer blog portals such as (WordPress). Aptitude in maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Generate engaging and on-brand content to appeal to our target audience/reach business objectives. Propose new ways to attract candidates and social traffic – i.e., promotions and competitions and surveys. Produce reports based on measuring ROI to improve campaign performance, monitor engagement and sales out data related to promotions. Manage customer feedback and handle all queries for social customer service created on social account platforms, promoting excellent customer experiences. Ensuring a consistent message/style across all digital platforms in-line with brand guidelines. To keep abreast of and feed in new innovations within the digital landscape to ensure our online presence keeps at the forefront of the industry. Contribute to an environment where everyone can collaborate on producing the very best work. In-depth knowledge of Facebook and Instagram and clear understanding of optimization levels across media platforms. Assist the roll out of new digital projects and website features.
