Full Time 37.5 hours - mixture of shifts 9am – 5pm, 10am – 6pm, 11am – 7pm.

The position is a multi-disciplinary role with the applicant needing to demonstrate a confident, articulate telephone manner, with the ability to work to structure in an organized way.
Responsibilities of the role:
To sit telephone appointments with clients (full training on products will be provided).
To process paperwork for Lasting Power of Attorney applications.
To answer company phones.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to demonstrate a confident telephone manner, be articulate with clear pronunciation. A large requirement for the role is to engage with customers over the telephone. Patient, friendly manner to deliver excellent customer service to their customer base that can include the elderly. Administration experience is required as the role demands a large volume of administration both paperwork and updating internal CRM systems. Computer experience, you will be trained on their software and systems but experience with Microsoft Word is required. Enjoy working in an organized manner with a keen eye for detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A team player. You will be joining a small team and it is essential for you to have a ‘can do’ positive attitude, assisting teammates with workload if required. The role demands a high level of customer interaction so the candidate should have a strong customer focus and be conscientious to get the job done to the highest standard.
