Job Description

· A lead role in shaping, driving, and delivering the IB digital strategy through, developing ecommerce routes to market with the digital leadership team, maximizing social media channels to drive ecommerce awareness, and delivering and executing digital advertising content. The core of this role is awareness and acquisition.

· Accountable for best-in-class digital strategy and activation across multiple platforms and new routes to market including Amazon and Out of Home and new brand websites/ecommerce approaches.

· The role will create the social media strategy and active by brand, using the wider marketing team to create enrich content and the development partners deliver website site solutions.

· Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels.

· Driving the right digital channel focus against market growth opportunities and driving ‘right for consumer / customer’ decisions through the digital marketing activation.

· This is a hands-on role developing both approach and delivering the solution/content working as part of the digital leadership team.

· A high focus within the role on test, learn and roll out at pace.

Key Duties;

· Develop and deliver content that creates new digital ecommerce streams, driving a clear role for our different product ranges / brands.

· Work with the development partners on delivery

· Ownership for the Bonds ecommerce channels including Website and App and development off with development partners.

· Ownership for new stand-alone brand websites working with digital leadership team and development partners.

· Develop strategy, road map and implementation and content with team.

· Drive traffic to our ecom offering via social media.

· Work with head of marketing and Digital trading manager to ensure holistic approach to digital sales growth.

· Working with the head of marketing to provide insight and recommendation to drive forward performance.

· Nurture strong commercial relationships & influence key stakeholders within the IB group through high levels of responsiveness, project delivery & digital marketing knowledge

· Accountability for the company's commercial social media channels and growth in traffic to ecommerce websites.

· Create and deliver effective Social media advertising strategy and campaigns.

· Identify social media trends and insights and refine spend and performance based on the insights.

· Identify digital advertising channels and execute campaigns for new ecommerce sites.

· Monitor the primary marketing metrics to establish the effectiveness of online advertising. And compare the results against key performance indicators and ROI.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have experience of developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across varies channels including ideally working with platforms. Experience of Google Ads, Social Media Management and website content management is a must. Finally, you should be great people manager with a view that this role may manage one or two direct reports but equally your stakeholder management and communication will be A class.Experience: Digital Marketing: 1 year (Required)
