We have no scripts to read, so you will be working on your own initiative and tailoring your conversations to the customer.
We know that keeping a smile on your face whilst answering the 60th email of the day is challenging, however, consistently delivering high levels of customer service at all times no matter how demanding the workload will be a challenge you will relish!
Working Hours: 37.5 Hours per week between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday/Sunday in 4 weeks with a day off in the week.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will: Have proven experience in a similar role dealing in resolving customer queries. Be fluent in English (both written and spoken). Be driven to achieving results. Have excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills. Enjoy solving problems and finding the best solutions. Be resilient and calm under pressure. Have great listening skills. Be experienced in being clear and specific in communications. Be adaptable to working in a changing working environment.
