Role of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Handling Customer queries (by phone or electronically).
  • Liaising with Network Contacts and Customers.
  • Using in house data systems and Microsoft packages.
  • Data Entry.
  • Meeting company KPI's.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
