Role of a Customer Service Advisor:

• Handling Customer queries (by phone or electronically).
• Liaising with Network Contacts and Customers.
• Using in house data systems and Microsoft packages.
• Data Entry.
• Meeting company KPI's.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Be willing to apply for a DBS Check (Paid for by us!). Have a 5 year checkable work history (Obtained for you by us!). Be willing to attend an Aviation Cargo Operative Course (Paid for by us!).
