Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaison between ecommerce platform and 3PL service providers (Customer Service, Ecommerce Warehouse/Order Fulfilment Team and management), coordinating and directing task and communications
  • Task fulfilment with daily duties/projects (pick list, order processing, inventory managements and other projects) based on Management direction
  • Operational/administration duties associated with the fulfilment and Customer Service (refund/exchanges, missing orders, etc.
  • Work closely with Ecommerce Manager and Customer Service Team to ensure end customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work on fast paced environment building rapport and reliable relationships with customers (and 3rd party suppliers)
  • Highly organized, clear speaking, passionate and also well-informed about office health and wellness generally
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to communicate and execute our strategy effectively. Be a Subject-Matter Expert on products, processes and activities

REMUNERATION

  • £22,000 - £27,000 per annum + Profit Share + Share Options (after 4 years)
  • Profit Share Bonus: additional and up to 12.5% of Basic Salary
  • Share Options: After 4 years

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need to be an open, honest and highly personable individual who is motivated by developing new administration processes and systems to improve performance. You will be suitable trained to develop concise product knowledge and customer insight. By using a consultative approach you will use your expertise and training to identify the issue or opportunity, respond promptly and be responsible to ensure customer is kept satisfied to a high standard. You will need to demonstrate fast learning ability to develop concise knowledge of our core product offering, distinctive USP’s, our supply and logistics chain. You will be partnering with a dynamic group of individuals that are committed to execute a high volume of e-commerce sales daily; so therefore, a commercial approach must be well balanced to skills such as attention to detail, data management, systems literacy and understanding of a range of product assortment and inventory database. This role requires experience in order management consisting in the following: (1) order preparation and scheduling (2) order receipt and order entry (3) Vehicle/Driver Route Planning (4) review of order picking and packing (5) order transportation, (6) customer delivery focused, This role will be supervised by our Head of Business Development You will be an excellent communicator, well-spoken and passionate and well-informed about the health and wellness sector. It’s would be ideal that you will have worked in a sales environment for at least 3 years. High pedigree experience is not essential though you MUST have at least a recognized 3rd level qualification. Full computer literacy including the ability to write clearly and Excel spreadsheets. Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems. Confident, ambitious, social, physically active with a good sense of humor.
